KAVARATTI-KALPENI-MINICOY ISLANDS VISIT
The Package is a Five-Day cruise (For Indian Nationals and Foreigners) which takes tourists to three islands in Lakshadweep – Kavaratti, Kalpeni and Minicoy, for day excursions and water sports. During the day, Lunch, Refreshments and Entertainments will be provided ashore. Swimming, Snorkeling and other water sports are conducted during the day tour. Sightseeing (Marine Museum, Tuna Factory, Villages, etc.). Folk dances by local performers will be arranged in all the islands. Overnight stay is aboard the ship, and in the night we would be sailing to the next island.
MV Kavarathi. The ships have cafeteria, snack bars, doctor on call, entertainments and upper-deck promenade. Ship facilities include three independent galleys, halls, recreation place with a swimming pool and a helipad. While planning your travel itinerary please provide a day at Kochi, both on the way to Lakshadweep and on the way back. Ship programmes/Itineraries are subject to change without notice due to ships arrival / departure or other unforeseen reasons.
LTC/ LTA Eligibility:
Government employees and their family members traveling on leave can get LTC/ LTA Certificate from the Sports Manager onboard. On 2nd day onwards in the cruise.

| Request to report First Floor, Lakshadweep Wharf and Passenger facilitation center at wellington island Kochi on Departure date. Boarding time will start 9:30 am to 11:00 am. Please be in patient while in queue for check in , All Passengers including children’s mandatory to carry photo id cards .After the security check in you will be transported by a bus to Wharf and board to M.V Kavaratti. There will be regular video show on board the ship. Annual Dry docking period:
Between January and February 2017 the vessel undergoes scheduled maintenance for a minimum 4 to 5 weeks.
Week wise Pre booking opened for March, April and May 2017.
Pre-Booking Details: March to May 2017
1. Pre-booking amount is Rs 12,000 per seat.
2. Pre-booking is done against the preferred week, and the seats will automatically be booked on the dates of the chosen week.
3. The sailing date will be decided and published by Lakshadweep Administration, by 3rd week of November 2016.
4. For peak time bookings, seats will be based on first-come-first-serve basis.
5. The actual dates of week-wise schedule will be published on later stage. If you need to make cancel or modify your reservations, this can be done free of charge until the confirmation of dates by Lakshadweep administration.

50% of total cost should be deposit at the time booking
Balance amount should be deposited 20 days prior to the date of departure from Cochin.

Non-Indians should forward their Passport copy and Valid Indian Tourist Visa.
The total package tariff (subject to revision, without notice) shall include transportation from Cochin by Cruise, embarkation/ disembarkation charges, port charges, food, accommodation, sightseeing, wherever applicable.
Cancellation Policy
10% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled 30 days before departure of the ship.
25% cancellation charge will be deducted if the booking is cancelled between 29th to 7th days before departure of the ship.
No refund if cancelled within 7 days before the departure of the ship.
Refund Policy
100% refund if the schedule is cancelled due to unfavorable weather conditions and/or other unexpected technical faults. No damages/claims will be payable except MONEY paid by them.
Conditions
Consumption of liquor is prohibited in Lakshadweep and in the ship as well.
Program / Schedule of ship is liable to be changed / cancelled without prior notice. Ships are operated by Lakshadweep Administration. In case of a change in the ship schedule liability of SPORTS is restricted to transporting the tourists back to Cochin by immediate available conveyance of the ship only.
Tourists availing LTC may collect LTC certificate room Manager on board at the time of return journey or from our Kochi office on return. Transport and tour change bifurcation is given in the tariff chart.
